Have DSF come to your Group

With our "Shakespeare - Then, Now and Always" program, a DSF company member visits the group to bring excitement to understanding Shakespeare. Exercises help your group overcome the language difficulties and make the text approachable. Scene-work then allows the group to practice putting their understanding of the script into action in a mini-scene. The session ends with a question and answer session with the actor.

Bring Your Group to the Festival

Delaware Shakespeare Festival's group sales program gives groups of 15 or more the perfect summer-time entertainment option. For a mere $8 per person, each group receives:

  • Group recognition from the stage
  • Early admission 20 minutes prior to the gates opening.
  • A $2 discount on the $10 general admission fee

The Delaware Shakespeare Festival is an annual theatrical event celebrating the works of Shakespeare through professional outdoor performances. Begun in 2003, the Festival has grown each year by entertaining and enlightening enthusiastic crowds who enjoy picnicking while taking in the performance. The Festival is an ideal way to introduce youngsters to the classics, or for adults to reacquaint with these classic works of literature.
